How to Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Hairalyze account and associated personal data in either of the following ways:

• Inside the app from your profile tab (Account > Delete Account)
• By emailing us at hairalyze@gmail.com

Email Request Instructions

If you would like us to delete your account manually, email hairalyze@gmail.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

Please include enough information for us to identify your account, such as:

• The email address associated with your account
• Your Apple Sign-In email or account identifier, if applicable
• A short statement confirming that you want your account and associated data deleted

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we will delete your Hairalyze account and associated personal data, including:

• Your account record
• Your uploaded scan photos
• Your scan history and analysis results
• Associated app profile data reasonably linked to your account
